Admission Procedure


1. NEET Exam:

   - Requirement: Admission to BDS programs is based on the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).

   - Exam: NEET is a national-level exam required for admission to MBBS, BDS, and other medical programs.


2. Eligibility Criteria:

   - Educational Qualifications: Minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

   - NEET Score: Must meet the cut-off score to be eligible for counseling.

   - Counseling Sessions: Attend counseling sessions organized by the college after passing the NEET exam.

First Year:


  • General Human Anatomy including Embryology and Histology: Study of human body structure, embryonic development, and tissue structure.
  • General Human Physiology and Biochemistry, Nutrition and Dietetics: Functions of various body systems, biochemical processes, and principles of nutrition.
  • Dental Anatomy, Embryology, and Oral Histology: Anatomy of the teeth, development of dental tissues, and microscopic structure of oral tissues.


Second Year:


  • General Pathology and Microbiology: Disease mechanisms, microbial infections, and immune responses.
  • General and Dental Pharmacology and Therapeutics: Drugs and their effects on the human body, particularly related to dental treatments.
  • Dental Materials: Properties and uses of materials used in dental practice.
  • Preclinical Conservative Dentistry: Techniques for restoring teeth, including cavity preparation and restoration.
  • Preclinical Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge: Techniques for fabricating dental prostheses.


Third Year:


  • General Medicine and General Surgery: Medical and surgical conditions relevant to dental practice.
  • Oral Pathology and Oral Microbiology: Diseases affecting the oral and maxillofacial region, microbial aspects of oral health.
  • Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics: Diagnosis and treatment of dental caries and root canal therapy.
  • Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery: Surgical procedures related to the oral and maxillofacial region.
  • Oral Medicine and Radiology: Diagnosis and management of oral diseases, use of radiographic techniques.
  • Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics: Diagnosis and treatment of malocclusions and facial irregularities.
  • Pediatric & Preventive Dentistry: Dental care for children and preventive measures for oral diseases.

Fourth Year:
